I did a pretty radical restructuring of this one and put in both a student acting moment and also the bit about the school being a middle school too (though David never made this explicit, so I think we should make this clear in the writing). It’s a bit long, and I’m not sure that it totally makes sense.
I also still don’t know what to do about the potential overlap with the science coaching in Reestablishing the School’s Science Focus. I think that this one is more specific on PD and English coaching while Reestablishing is really focused on science. What do you think?
