Tottenville "Understanding Quality Teaching" v2
Second version of "What is Good Teaching." Did some tightening, but I'm not sure about the high teacher turn-over. I understand Iris' point, but high turnover in NY is a fact and if we take this line out we won't allow people to think about the issue. Thoughts?

I think this works well. I agree that we should keep the comment re: high teacher turnover since this is an issue throughout the US that we should all be thinking about.
