I like the cutaways and broll use a lot in this one, especially the sections toward the end on assembling a team and there being "so much to a child"...I wonder if this last section could work to open this clip?
Then move to students and variety of ranges (see related email from me on that).
Then resume the sequence as you have it.
When Carron mentions wanting kids to be able to "read, write, conduct themselves well..." could you cutaway to a piece of the discussion from the writing class?
