I like the way you have focused this clip on PD and coaching. I agree that it does overlap a bit with the "Reestablishing the School Focus" clip. One approach could be to split that clip in two as we have discussed and to be sure that both of the resulting clips are science focused with just a touch of coaching. Then, fully address coaching in this piece. Do you think that will work?
I'm wondering if there's a way to show David mentioning moving teachers to work across 6-12 and then include a comment from the teacher who does so to indicate that this approach has been successful. This is the only 6-12 school in this project, so it might be nice to bring that forward a bit.
Regarding the English class footage, did you get anything from the skit practice that will allow us to highlight students? Their voices are lacking in this footage (sorry about that; we didn't manage to interview students on this shoot), and I'm not sure what you got when you were filming in the hallway.
When you id teachers, please include "English" and "Science" as you do with the coaches.

Also, I really like the way you sequenced and edited the teachers' comments regarding planning time. This brings the issue home nicely.
