I think this piece works well. I like the integration of neighborhood issues, fiscal issues, and the use of data. Tom, this might work well in the first scene in the case.
I'm not sure if we got this, but I seem to recall David sharing a little more about the transitioning neighborhood...did he tell a story or two that might illustrate this concept?
