I think this works well. I especially like the AP's classroom bits. Maybe tighten up some of the talking heads. One place I noticed that might work is the AP's comments on the SS workroom...I like the topic, but maybe it can be shortened?
The comment about, "the high teacher turn-over" sent up a red flag. I have begun looking into articles involving teacher support. Eventhough this program might be regarded as a success, will it continue to be a success over the long haul if they do not give enough emotional support to their teachers? Iris
