Nice intro. Really captures the size of the facility! Here are a few suggestions:
Overall, I'd like to see less talking heads and more broll/interactions to illustrate the points made. Do we have enough footage to support this? Maybe when Tuminaro mentions AP we could cut to him? Also, when AP mentions innovative teaching, can we cut to something a little more dynamic?
I also think we can tighten the interview comments. Tuminaro's comments re: being stunned yet making it work appear at the beginning and end of this clip. Maybe this was intentional? I think we can eliminate his comments re: "constant debriefing" as well.
