I think the split screens work especially well here. I like the way it allows you to layer the images and ideas.
There's a duplicate clip (male teacher with beard speaking with students re: essay organization) in both the "relationships" and the "dialog" sections.
The end feels a little awkward since it sounds like Nick is going to continue speaking; maybe end his quote after "....long term goals" instead of "...5 years from now" and see if that works better? or maybe fade a little more slowly after his audio ends?
