I put the crack-house story at the front of the clip. While I agree that it works better here, I'm worried that the overall flow of the clip has been upset. The transition to Emily Rodriguez now seems abrupt to me. In truth, I'm not sure that you need her whole bit about the lack of family involvement. Maybe go:
1. story
2. VC and MC on being a public service school
3. OMIT ER
4. Everyone about school trips.

I agree with Scott re: the flow of the clip. I like the sequence noted in his comment. In addition to deleting Emily's piece here, maybe also move the school trips bit to "Inside School Walls" since it is more related to building community within the school.
