I LOVED the story of the kids getting the scary building torn down. Any way to put that earlier in the clip? It grabbed me way more than the talking heads (even though I like them).

I agree the building is the key to this clip. Do we have any clips or sample of the pop up book, which might help the earlier segment?
I'll try a version of this with the story in front. No footage of the pop-up book, but someone should ask for this and I'm sure they'd send pictures.
I also like the idea of moving the building story up front, and maybe using Victor's quote: "we're a public service school" early as well.
I'll see if I can get pics of the pop-up books.
