Also, I believe Marsha expressed an interest in using the quote from the middle guidance counselor in which she says "I recommended you for the growth program...and kids say 'that's so cool!'" since she was so lit up when she shared this story.

Regarding "How do we know when we're succeeding" clip:
I love this! It really captures what I felt when visiting this very special school. Here are a couple of minor suggestions:
begin Rick's first quote with "a lot of data crunching...." since it gets to the heart of the point of this clip.
Do you think it would work to repeat Rick's "it's touch-feely, and it's essential" quote again at the very end?
