Cardozo "Resources" Version 2
I made a few minor changes and tightened a bit. I think I addressed Kathyrn's comment by reshuffling Rick's visuals.

I especially like the flow on this one. Sheila's audio is out of sinc toward the middle of the clip.
I'm wondering if this could be shorter/tighter and can suggest specific bits of interviews to cut if you think this might work. Thanks!
I don't see the sync issue. What time is it at?
Sync issue seems fine now. I like this clip a lot!
