Definitely highly engaging. When the principal is talking about the amazing teacher, we see his back going down the hallway; I thought footage of the teacher doing something would support his words better.

Regarding "how do we know where to focus resources" clip:
I think this works well. It captures the spirit and dedication of the faculty and Rick's leadership style.
