Regarding the "what do we need to know to move forward" clip:
I wonder if we should split this into 2 shorter clips: one focusing on advice to other teachers and administrators beginning with the text "What should other teachers and administrators know?" and the other focusing on next steps beginning with the heading "Preparing for the future" and picking up with the students' sharing their plans. This second clip would then move to schoolwide issues, perhaps adding a word or two from Rick here.
In what would then be the first clip, I'm thinking that the classroom piece about capitalism is too long; also, the shot with the empty chair in the middle looks awkward.
I like the bit with Michael's anti gravity hair. Shows a nice connection between students and teachers.

Please change the text at the front of this clip to read "Where are we headed?"

Clarification: Since we are splitting this clip into two, please use this text at the front of each:
"What have we learned?" (instead of "What should other teachers and administrators know?")
AND
"Where are we headed?"
