This video blog provided a place to collaborate on the video captured in the ten schools. New York City educators were able to download the video to their IPods and watch the video not only of their school but of the other "beat the odds" schools.

This is the new version of the old "Personalizing Instruction." Notes are great and this one is trim and has much better pacing, I think.

Great notes on this one. The one thing we don't have is the book sharer participating in class. You're right that she did talk, but her voice is so quiet and gravely that you can't hear what she's saying.

I think that these notes were really good and this is a much stronger clip. It's pretty different, but I think it's better for it.
